A true old school gentleman. I'm proud to say he was my friend and I will miss him every time I see someone seting up tables at a tournament. It was always comforting to me to know that Al Conte was in the house. Al was one of the most respected in the pool world, especially up here in the northeast.

He was really happy when he saw my dad. Turns out, they were good friends who showed a lot of respect for each other.
